Question PC Suddenly went very slow and laggy

Mobo: MSI z97 pcmate
CPU: i7-4790k
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master 212 EVO
GPU: gigabyte 980ti
RAM: g.skill ripjaws x 16gb 1600
PSU: EVGA 750W Supernova G2 80+ Gold
Memory: Samsung 860 SSD 500gb and 1TB Western Blue HDD

I opened up my pc to play some valorant and it it was completely unplayable, to further test I ran GTA V and normally i would get 70-90 fps but when leaving inside buildings it would go down to 20-30. Outside gaming when typing things sometimes it lags when trying to open pages or even typing. I also noticed that it took a while to load up games now. My computer overall now is laggy and slow when just yesterday is was fine. Anyone got anything?

How full is that SSD? Any Windows Update last night? What is temperature of your CPU and GPU at idle and load?

SSD has 352Gb free out of 500, everything is updated on windows and all gpu drivers are up to date CPU idle temps are around 28-30 and GPU is around 33. Under load GPU is at 68 and CPU is around 40 .Came back on just now to reply and everything is just laggy and slow.

for example browser will randomly freeze for a few seconds and time between freezes is relatively short
