A Laptop Mag report revealed the tech support agents for some major computer manufacturers are suggesting that users uninstall Windows 10 and roll back to an older version.

"At the end of the day, the person's job is to get the PC running," Mike Nash, HP's vice president of customer experience said. "Given the scenario, it might have been the most expeditious thing to get them back to a known good space."

I always tend to wait for a new OS to ripen a bit, but I'm surprised it's coming from vendors. They're shipping PCs with Windows 10 on it right now!

I wonder if that's official company script or a few reps going off rails. They must get training, right? Or are Windows partners not getting some sort of build to train on?
