Looking for some T/S suggestions. Recently my PC had been taking a few tries to boot. It will turn on (lights and fans) and then back off and will repeat this 4-6 times and then boot up just fine. After boot everything works fine.

Ryzen 5 1600
ASRock B350 Pro4
Corsair 3000MHz 2x 8GB
Samsung 1TB SSD
MSI GTX 1080Ti Gaming X
Corsair CX750M

The graphics card and PSU are freshly installed (PSU is brand new) but this was happening before i installed the new parts (old parts were Radeon RX580 8GB and Corsair CX500)

Solution
Have you opened the case to ensure that all card seatings, cable connections, RAM, jumpers etc. are all fully and firmly seated?

Could be that something is a bit loose and once the system warms up then some resulting expansion tightens the connection and "all is well".

Worth looking into Reliability History and Event Viewer. You may find some pattern of error codes and warnings with respect to the failed boots and the final successful boot.
