Question PC Texture Issue, purple and pink textures, glitching in video games only

G'day,

Asking for a friend here on his texture issues.

videos are in the imgur link hopefully. He also said he has updated nvidia geforce experience drivers to the latest using express installation.

Owner message: "I got my pc about 5 months ago and I’ve been experiencing weird texture issues that only happen when I’m playing games. I have a ssd and 1 external hardrive. That’s bo3 and warzone but it happens with all games. Any suggestions? Thanks."

MSI RTX 3060 Ti, Ryzen 5700X, Gigabyte B550M DS3H, 16GB RAM

Maybe bad video RAM on the 3060.
Do you have another video card to try as an experiment?
