Question Pc turn on no signal to monitor

No signal to monitor after it shut down because it ran into a problem, no signal to mouse or keyboard.
I’ve done jumpers and cmos battery etc, all components seems to be running fine (ram, gpu, proxessor) monitor also working fine tested on two different
After it shut down came up with inappropriate boot device while I had memory stick with back up on before it shut down
