I have 4 SATA slot on my motherboard. My HDD (only have 1 and this is where the OS installed) somewhat plugged into SATA2, and Optical drive in SATA3. So I'm trying to change my HDD into SATA0 to make it tidy, because i have a plan to add more storage. and after i move the slot into SATA0/SATA1/SATA3, the PC boot until windows boot logo, but it turned off after it shows for 3 seconds. is it because i already install the OS on SATA2 slot and that cause the PC to not be able to boot if i move it to the other slot?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Check the motherboard's User Manual for supported drive configurations.

Open Disk Management and expand the window to show all drives and drive related information.
