pc turned off now wont power on

Hi my pc randomly shut down then the power button started flashing so i unplugged it from the wall now it wont power on is the psu dead or is it something else

Probably the only way to test is with another psu. You can try and do a clear cmos,maybe that will help.
I'm fairly certain you need another psu to test,maybe a friend or local shop can help you out.
