Question PC turned on but nothing displays on monitor

I turned on my PC and my fans and lights turn on even my mouse and keyboard light up but nothing is displayed on the monitor. This is not a new pc and no changes have been made. I temporary fix I have been using is unplugging the power cable from PSU and turning the pc on, apparently it clears something. Using this method it boots normally sometimes but I'm sick of it and just wan it to boot when I turn it on. Also PC runs normally when booted.

what PC components are you using?

could be the BIOS battery, maybe the power supply, maybe the monitor, maybe the graphics card
check all cables, if connected tightly

My specs are:
Rx480
EVGA G2 750W
Asrock z270 pro4
2x 4GB Corsair vengeance 3000mHz
i5 7600k
Cryorig H7
Samsung evo 120 gb ssd
Sea gate barracuda 1tb

My monitor is a 60hz Samsung one, I'm not sure what model it is

is this system overclocked?

The RX480 might be dying
