PC turning off randomly after installing new gpu

At first I thought it was when I was knocking the PC but now it seems to just randomly shut off and then not power on again for a few minutes. It works for periods of 5 mintues to 1 hour before shutting off and I even managed to run the CPU and GPU at full load for a long duration so I dont think the PSU is at fault.

My specs:
8gb Corsair Vengence Ram
Gigabyte Z87X-SLI Motherboard
I5-4670k CPU
Galax EXOC Geforce GTX 970
Corsair TX Series 650w Bronze Certified PSU

Ive tried reseating the GPU and looking for loose connections but to no avail, it was fine with the IPU.

GPU temp is 72 degrees while gaming and CPU temp is 40 degrees while gaming and 75 degreesish under prime.

so after randomly shut down you can't turn on your PC after a few minutes? i still think it was your PSU
