Hi, I've recently bought AC Unity. The game has been running smoothly for the first hour of gameplay, but at a certain moment (animation i believe) the just PC turns off. My PC specs are:
CPU: Intel i5 3570
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 770 4GB
PSU: Some Huntkey 700W 80Plus Bronze (not the best PSU, I know)
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB (the game and Windows are on it)
HDD: A garbage Hitachi 1TB drive
I've read other similar threads, and normally people would have problems with Power Supplies or Overheating. In my case though, the PC isn't getting too hot, in fact, even if I turn the PC on in the morning and try to play the game straight away the problem still occurs. The wattage also does not seem to be the problem since the cards required PSU power is 600W

Solution
You should go to event viewer to check the reason for the crash . What are your temps under load? The crash can also be caused by faulty ram , gpu , motherboard or cpu pretty much everything . The last time this happened to me it was because of the CPU . Please show the crash report in event viewer.

The only log regarding the crash is
"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."
As to the temps, do you mean the temperature when the crash occurs? Because it's nothing extrordinary

It only happens in small number of titles, normally toning down on the quality of the graphics for a while would help, but not in ACU. I will post my temps later, when i download some benchmarking software

The psu is one of those avoid at all cost units. It can in no way deliver 700w (even 300w would be pushing it). The sypthoms you say do nostly point to a loss of power due to the hardware suddenly demanding more. I suggest you replace it with a 550w quality model or up.
