Pc turns off and on repeatedly

I took a break from my pc for a week. When I turned it on, it got to the desktop and then just white screened. Since then every time I turn it on it stays on for about 4 seconds or so then turns off and repeats.

I've tried it without the gpu and different power supply, also tried it without ram and it didn't beep. Tried getting rid of static, reseating all cables and battery. When it turns off it makes quite a dull beep.


At this point I have no idea what it could be.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

So it's either motherboard or cpu. can you try putting the cpu in a different pc, mobo? Also check ram but i doubt its that.
