So I've had my pc with win10 for about 3 years and didn't really have problems with it but now suddenly it occasionally turns off when I rotate my headset 3.5mm jack or twitch it. It doesn't always happen. My headset sometimes loses audio from the right speaker and I can fix that by rotating the jack but since there's a chance it'll restart I'm too afraid to touch it. And I play a lot of competetive games so I could get banned if I leave too much. Any help diagnosing the problem and/or how I can solve this problem?

Solution
u may want to replace your front panel i/o panel, some grounding issue is there
some case makers offers replacements

if your case maker doesnt have anything to offer, u could go with USB sound card, or extension cord to connect it to back I/o panel
