Question Pc turns on and off repeatedly.

So after moving some components around in my pc and attempting to turn it on, it stays on for 1-10 seconds and turns back off repeatedly in random intervals. Yes, I have checked over all the essential power cables from my psu, unplugging my ram and testing them individually but still. No video output and the same turning on and off at random intervals. Also the psu clicks on each of these intervals which I believe to be a power surge switch but not sure what’s causing it. I also have two lights on the top of my case with only one displaying a red light. Can anyone help?

I have checked over all the essential power cables from my psu

also verify that all motherboard connections are secure;
all cable > header contacts are complete,
CPU cooler is properly installed,
board is still properly to case, etc...

Make it smaller.
Unplug all disk and disc.....test.
Unplug the gpu.....test.

Psu+mobo+cpu/hsf+1 stick of ram.....test.

If no help move the mobo onto a piece of cardbord.....test.
