PC turns on and then automatically turns off

I just built my custom gaming pc, i assembled everything as the video said. But, when I turn it on, every single fan turns on briefly (Video Card fan, CPU Cooler, and System Fans) and turns off without any response. I've turned it on and off same thing keeps happening. Please respond Thank you

Do all of the fans remain off? I built my rig and all the fans seemed to get turned off after a while but then after depending on the workload they got turned back on. If that is the case, then there is nothing to worry.

If you are not getting any display at all, then you might try removing the GPU and turning on the system and in this way isolate the issue.

Try testing the board outside the case, as it looks like a short.

Yes they stay off, and then after a while when I turn on the power button same thing happens, turns on for a split second and then goes off. Another question, if I turn up the voltage on the Power Supply, will it fry the whole system? My country uses 115 volts, but can I use 230 volts?

Try the above (outside the case) and don't mess with voltages.

I have found out the problem XD it was our multi-plug, it was getting old so it didn't work 😛 Thanks anyways
