Question PC turns on, but monitor+peripherals don't turn on

I was using my computer one night completely fine, but when I went to turn it on the next day it wasn't working. The lights and fans in the computer turns on, but my monitors have no signal and my peripherals don't light up like normal. I have tried reseating my GPU 3 times, reseating my ram and reseating my CPU, reseating CMOS battery, and cleaning all dust with no luck.
Specs:
i3-8100
ZOTAC 1060 6gb
MSI z370A-PRO
16 gb of ram (2x4)
If anyone can help that would be awesome, thanks

EVGA W1 500 W 80+
GPU fans turn on

Maybe it';s already damaged, this model is not meant for heavy steady load anyway, which would limit it's lifespan. Try another if you have a spare

Edit: Have you tried to post using onboard graphics?

I dont have another PSU unfortunately, also what is post, just trying to run it without the GPU?

On my motherboard on the EZ Debug LED, the dram and cpu leds are lighting up, will try reseating the cpu
