Hi all.

So I attempted to overclock my Ryzen 5 1600 on an ASUS Prime B350 Plus. However, afterwards, it said the overclock failed and, when attempting to restore the origonal settings, it just got stuck in a boot loop. Now, the PC turns on, all the fans spin, but I get a "No Signal" error on my monitor. I've shorted the CMOS pins but nothing seems to have changed. Help please.

power the pc off , switch off the psu switch , remove the power cable from the back of the computer , press the power button on the front of the pc, open the case , touch a metal part of the case , remove the cmos battery , wait for around 5 minutes , then touch the metal part of the case again, put the battery back. plug the power leaf back in to the psu , switch on , press the power button on the front of the pc. some people have more success resetting cmos this way .

Thank you. Will try this tomorrow.

I don't believe there is a jumper, although I may be wrong. I'll try to retrieve my old components from my cousin.

Well, I've no alternative but to return the board. Very disappointed on Asus. Will go to Gigabyte.
