I've had my PC for about 4 years now and i've had this problem since day 1. It boots up fine but then there would be no display. My fix for it was rather tedious, but it worked, was to clear the CMOS by removing then putting the jumper back in (turn psu off, take jumper out, turn psu back on, put jumper back in, boot). I unfortunately have to do this each time I unplug my PC, or if the power goes out. I'm curious as to why this happens.

Yeah I originally thought my motherboard was faulty before I could find a fix, but the strangest thing happened. I brought the PC into Canada Computers where I bought all the parts from, and in front of me they plugged it in and booted up, and it worked like a charm. They didn't know what to tell me, I was super confused why it worked there but not at home.

I'm plugging it straight into the wall. But i've also moved twice over the time i've had the PC (hoping a different outlet would work), but no luck in either home.
