Question PC turns on but now monitor display and keyboard and mouse lights aren't on.

I manually turned of my PC a bit ago and whenever I would turn it on it would turn on then off repeatedly until I turned it off. I switched the RAM and now it stays on but there is no display in my monitor and my keyboard and mouse aren't on, even when plugged in. I have tried different ports to. Here are my PC specs. GPU: GeForce GTX 1080, CPU: i7-7700k, Motherboard: ASRock Z270M-ITX/ac, HDD (D) TOSHIBA DTO1ACA200, SSD (E) KingFast, SSD (C) KINGSTON SUB400S37240G. 16GB of RAM. PSU - CIN: 0750AL163536. P/N: 210-GQ-0750.

I would try to clear your BIOS and see if this helps to start.

With the pc unplugged from the psu, remove the lithium battery from the mobo and hold the power button on the case for 30s x2s then reseat the lithium battery then psu cable and boot

So it sounds like either the cpu or mobo have an issue I would check the mobo for bent pins

Oh sorry you need to check under the cpu, you gotta remove the cpu and the pins the are on the mobo
