[SOLVED] PC turns on for a milisecond then turns off and blue LED near restart button stays on

Help please! I was actually just using my pc last night and when I got back home from class it started doing this

Is this a new build or a build that has previously worked?

It could be the power supply. Try leaving only CPU and CPU cooler installed and start the board. See if the same.

It is a build that previously worked.

i5-7th gen
Gtx 1050ti 4gb
8gb DDR4 RAM
GIGABYTE GA-H110M-DS2
450W PSU (Corsair VS450)

My pc was actually using the red LED when it starts working and an orange LED in the MB if it receives power from the PSU but as seen in the video, it only lights up the blue LED and it was actually my first time to encounter it

It could be the PSU is detecting a short and cutting right back off.
Disconnect all the drives. Remove the video card & use the integrated GPU outputs. Disconnect all the USB devices, even Keybd & mouse. Disconnect all fans but the CPU's.

Now see if it will boot up and at least get you into the bios.
