My pc has been working fine for months, and then all of a sudden one day this started happening. Thinking it might be a problem with overheating, I replaced the thermal paste, but that didn't help. One possible issue is that my graphics card, an Asus gtx 650 ti boost 2gb, is recommended to be used with at least a 450w power supply, while I have been using a 330w. I have read that this can lead to voltage spikes, so now I am wondering if my card is fried. It seems unusual to me that it just stopped working out of nowhere. I have ordered a 750w psu and will try again when it arrives, but I'm skeptical of it working, and fear permanent damage is to blame. I don't have a warranty on the card, what are the chances that it has been fried? Is there anything I should try?
