When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. list them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

If we based our suggestions on your two sentences alone, we'd be running around in circles. Please also mention all that you've tried to rule out a bad PSU or a faulty GPU. TO me it looks like you either changed your display or you got a GPU upgrade.
