The pc is working for the past 6 months + ,no i have kot incountered any problems with the pc in the past and it just shuts off after the startup .When it restarts it turns on but nothing on the screen or my keyboard has rgb and normaly it lights up but now nothing happens no post no windows no bios no anything just fans spining in the pc .
I tried a different hard drive with windows installed, without one still no signs.
So you don't get a signal, and then it restarts?
  • So you've tried each RAM individually.
  • You've tried completely different storage drives.
  • You've reset CMOS. Have you replaced the CMOS entirely, not common, but it can cause these problems.
What PSU make and model do you have?

It will also be...
A Memory Management bug check is usually related to RAM, drivers, or Storage disks. I would ask for the dump files, but being as you cannot even access windows at the moment, there is not much point.

Being as you can't access windows, first port of call would be to replace the RAM, or at least try each individual RAM in each individual slot one by one, and identify if you have a faulty module.

Hello, thanks for helping but i've tried the ram on each slot but unfortunutly still doesn't seem to work, i tried it with 2 sticks of ram.
So you went down to just 1 stick of RAM, tried that in each slot, then swapped for the other RAM and tried that in each slot?

How long has the PC worked normally to begin with? Have you encountered any more issues? Does the PC just start up then immediately shut off again before you even POST?

Have you tried removing all SATA devices too? Memory Management can refer to virtual memory on your storage devices, if you can't get to BIOS, see if you can get to BIOS when you remove all storage devices.

It will also be worth going over each of these steps to check for anything out of the ordinary - paying attention to CPU socket for example: https://forums.tomshardware.com/thr...ng-about-post-boot-no-video-problems.1285536/
