Question PC undeperforming?

My PC isn't the greatest, but I feel like it's under performing in games like Rainbow Six Siege, Apex Legends, and Fortnite. Sometimes my PC does good with these games at medium settings, usually averaging at 60 fps or more. Most of the time though they drop to 30 fps at the lowest settings, making the games almost unplayable. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor
Video Card: AMD Radeon RX 550

cpu/gpu temp and usage during game?
ram/ssd/hdd usage during game?
malware scan the system?

I have 16 gb ram, the temp during gaming is 90 degrees Celsius, gpu usage fluctuates from 0-100 percent and cpu usage is generally at 10-20 percent. ram usage is at 39% and I've already tried factory resetting my pc.

Your GPU is quite weak and those results should probably be expected

The problem is before these games ran smoothly but now they aren't.
