XMP might be enabled but sometimes a motherboard will ask you to select a profile, did you select it? Try selecting a lower profile and see if it works. Is your RAM voltage 1.35v? typically XMP requires more power to operate. Can you send a picture of the SPD and Memory page on CPU-Z

Under the "Memory Kit" section of the benchmark note the red triangle with an interior exclaimation mark.

Specifically:

"Performing below potential (5th percentile) - ensure that a dual+ channel XMP BIOS profile is enabled: How to enable XMP"

What, if anything , have you tried with respect to that warning?

not sure why i would have to enable dual channel in bios settings or if thats possible. Yes all settings are default minus XMP which is enabled. its 4 sticks of ram

CPU 5600x seen here https://www.amd.com/en/products/cpu/amd-ryzen-5-5600x
could it be because if u look under "Connectivity " it shows max ram speed 3200. so 5600x cant go over that?? so is this because my ram is to fast for the cpu since my xmp ram is 3600?

From the RAM link in Post # 7:

"The "Q" in the part number denotes that it can be used in quad systems, but it can be used as dual OR quad channel. Your processor and your motherboard will determine whether it runs on two or four channels. "

Also note the dates on the Q&A's.

My recommendation is to double check the motherboard's documentation with respect to supported RAM, supported RAM installations, and supported RAM configurations.

Also go to the manufacturer's website for current updates and information.
