Pc unexpectedly restarts while playing game

I have pc with spec:
Core i3 6100
Zotac GTX 970
MSI H110M Pro-VH
Corsair VS 550W
Team Elite 8GB DDR 4

Every time i play game, like dota 2 gta 5 and other, the pc unexpectedly restarting. But when it try to booting again, the dispaly is blank. I need to turn of the machine and wait for 5 minutes then turn on again and the display is showing up. I have try remove the GTX 970 and play with integrated graphics from intel and the pc didnt restarting again. I wonder what is the problem? it is from VGA or from PSU?

yes, it is about 50 -60 degree, any idea whats wrong?

Was just curious, cpu overheating can cause shut down or reset without the ability to turn back on right away, but the temps you stated are fine for that cpu. Although the 550w is enough, the vs line of psu's aren't really designed for gaming. Is this a computer you have had for awhile and it just started happening, or it's new and has been doing this from the start?

it just started happening from two months ago, is the problem from PSU or there is other factor?
