Question 12vhpwr adapter cable to a Lian Li Strimer Plus V2 Triple 8 Pin cable?

i have a 3080 ti, but just got the 5080, i know like the 40s they use the 12vhpwr cable, but i have a issue i want to use my Lian Li Strimer Plus V2 Triple 8 Pin cable but im not sure if using the 5080 included 12vhpwr adapter cable with it is safe? it has to be safer than the Lian Li Strimer 12vhpwr cable right? i heard those had issues with overheating so im scared to go get 1.

Not sure how you're going to make a RTX5080 <adapter <Strimer v2 <PSU cable <PSU combo look aesthetically pleasing. I'd opt for the standard cables + adapter route to avoid any possible doubts/risks of fires.

Its the corsair rm1000e 2023 edition that does not have the 12vhpwr port on psu.

Well unfortunately the gpu it self is white and the rest of everything is black with rgb so aesthetically its already going to be off 😅 . It was the only rtx 5080 I could get my hands on..
