Hi guys , i am a new youtuber (Started in January 2016) and some weeks ago i started streaming too. In streaming 720p 30fps my i5 4690 (Non K) and R9 270x did just fine in CS:GO and League of Legends , and even in minecraft after i did some settings (in the beginning i was having 25 fps but i managed to have good fps after all). What upgrades should i do ( I want to upgrade my GPU too for some better gaming , and i was thinking about the GTX 970 FTW from EVGA). Keep in mind that i will get my upgrades in 2 steps . One now and the other one in April . What upgrades should i do?

Full PC Specs :CPU: Intel Core i5 4690
GPU:ASUS R9 270x 2GB
Mobo:AsRock H81M-VG4- R2.0
RAM: Some 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz
HDD:Seagate 1TB (I don't have a SSD but if i can i won't disconsider the option to buy one)

Solution
The performance difference between PCIe 3.0 and 2.0 is pretty marginal. Cards still don't use the whole 2.0 bandwidth. It's really the increasing use of PCIe SSDs that is the drive for efficiency.

Oh , ok , i don't quite find the Xeon in my country but i'm ok getting the 4790 . But does a gpu upgrade help in streaming a bit ? Because my heart kinda wants to get the GPU first :))) . And shoudln't I change the Motherboard ? It has PCI-Express 2.0 :(

P.S: I forgot about my PSU , it's a Zalman ZM-500LX , i know i should probably change it so i will keep that in mind

One more thing , if I get a SSD , does it use a lot of power? I am pretty scared because i want to get my SSD early and i will get a new PSU in April with the new GPU. And i feel this cheap PSU is at its limits now (Trying to OC my card just one bit and pc just crashes , i think its the PSU's fault) , by adding a SSD to an already existing HDD i can kill the PSU?

Pleasee xD

Thank you :) , so i will get : i7 4790 + SSD in March
and : GTX 970 + PSU in April

And a last thing , what PSU do you recommend me , i put my eye on a seasonic S12II-520 80+ Bronze and Sirtec - High Power Element BRONZE II 600W 80+ Bronze . Still i would want to get a modular one but i coudln't quite find one at this price . Anyways , can these two get the job done , or if there is a pretty cheap modular PSU and you know about it that it's good , can u tell me its name?
