My pc is:
A10 5800k apu
HD 6870
8Gb ram

Which one I should upgrade first gpu or cpu for gta v because I can only buy one at the moment so which one would be better to upgrade first. My budget is atm 200€. I found used i5-750+ motherboard 95€, i5-2500k 140€ and nvidia gtx 760 135€. Can someone help me (Sorry for bad english 😛)

Have you tired running the game and it doesn't work? Or are you wanting to upgrade so you'll know you can play the game? You can't do much with the CPU considering that socket type only supports up to 4-core chips and nothing higher. You could keep going up in graphics cards but anything better than your current one are out of your budget.

I have gta v it run pretty well in low settings 720p. In online: city 35-65 fps it depends if there is action around me and country 45-80 fps. My processor usage is 80-100%, gpu is in the city 30-50% and country 50-75%. Can I get similar fps if I buy gpu first and turn my graphics settings up to high except textures, grass, particles, ambient occlusion and tessellation. I will propably buy gtx 760 first then I upgrade cpu later. Thanks for quick answer :)

Yes, you will be able to see the difference once you upgrade to GTX 760.
The CPU can be upgraded later.
If you play at 720P you should be able to play it in high graphics setting.

Because you said your CPU is getting to 100% that means it's a bottle neck. Even getting a new graphics card you'll most likely experience the same thing and see stuttering while playing. Because of your limited choices in upgrades for processors you'll have to get the highest A10 chip and overclock to reduce the amount of bottlenecking in games.

This is my latest benchmark with my shitty pc. I dont know why min fps is so low in benchmark because my fps doesnt drop to 11 or 18. When i playing online my fps stays over 40 sometimes it drops to 35 when i drive fast in the city and players try kill me 😀

I used razer cortex and re-install(clean) my gpu driver.
