Pc upgrade help..

Now i have this setup:

(i only play cs:go)

Core i5 2500k 3.3ghz (not o.c)
memory 8gb sniper
coolermaster 212 evo
evga gtx 650 ti 2gb
mother asus p8h67m-pro
Monitor samsung 75hz
power supply 700 watts

is better upgrade to 4ta gen or 5ta gen? or buy asrock z77 extreme4 and O.C core i5 to 4.0ghz?

Your cpu should be fine depending on what you do whether it be gaming or video editing. If I were you I would upgrade my gpu to maybe a gtx 960 or 970.

I have goods fps 250fps but always feels stuttery and not smooth. It is constant 100% of the time not just in certain situations! i need change to gtx 960?

i would wait for the newer 1060/1060 ti gpu and the newer amd gpu then buy one that not to pricey. i would then open a saving account and put some money into it for a newer build. when you have the funds look at skylake or it replacement that going to come out in 12-18 months. your gpu right now is holding you back in games. with newer games going to directx 12 your card does not support the newer directx versions.

I would overclock the CPU and upgrade GPU to GTX 960-970.
Those cards will be dropping fast in price and doing that with the
overclock will allow you to milk another year or two easily out of
your current hardware.
