1. I am looking for a 4k monitor for under £350 for my pc and ps4 pro. Please can you recommend one?

2. What do i need to upgrade on my pc to be able to run games and watch media at 4k?

I am in the uk so links to uk based sites would be great.

Cheap something like the LG 24UD58, a bit over your budget ASUS MG28UQ.

2. What do i need to upgrade on my pc to be able to run games and watch media at 4k?

The only viable options for me are a single 1080 or a SLI of 1070s (when the SLI works ofc...), if you are looking for a cheap monitor expect to need almost double that amount on the GPU alone.
