Question Pc upgrade options and PSU check

Hello everyone, I'm going to upgrade my PC, and I'm looking for some opinions:
I have:
- Maximus hero ix
- i7 7700k
- 1080 ti
Option 1:
- Maximus hero xiii
- i9 11900k
- 3080 ti / 3090
Option 2:
- Maximus hero xii
- i9 10900k
- 3080 ti / 3090
Now, I have a seasonic focus px-850w 80+ platinum my doubt is if this PSU will support option 1 or 2 or if I need a bigger one.
About the CPU I still want to check some more reviews, but the difference in price from option 1 to option 2 is 130€.
(I know that some will say to go AMD, but right now I'm just looking for Intel).
