U need to get better psu for gtx 1050ti OC, i would suggest for 450 watt but if u dont want any problems in the future, u can go to 500 watt supply

Not gtx 1050ti, u cannot actually use it without 450 watt psu minumum, gt 610 is 300 watt recommended gpu and called as "Low end gpu", which means your psu is low end.
If u can use gtx 1050, u might actually try to make it work but does your psu has 6*2 pin?

The second one will be better in silent working as it has 2 cooling fans which means better cooling and silent than 1 fan and plus if u are a guy who like will play very many games on max settings, i would easily prefer gtx 1050ti OC
And if u want u can go extra 10-20 fps by getting gtx 1050ti OC boost clock 1506 Mhz

But if i didnt upgrade my psu to 450/500, what one of those will be good with 300w? i think the first one with 1 fan will be good for now

U have to see the tag of manufacturer by opening the pc, or else u need to try to see from the outside of the case.
U know the company of the psu? if yes, we already know that its 300watt so simply search for "company name 300 watt power supply model"

Does your psu have a 6*2 pin? If it does, then congrats, u dont need to buy a psu but if u dont, u need to buy another which does.
And plus, 500 watt is enough for overclocking your cpu a little also.
