Im going to upgrade my pc and I would like to ask your oppinions.

PSU: Corsair RMx 850
RAM: HyperX Fury 32GB DDR4 3000Mhz (HX430C15FB3AK2/32)
Storages: 2HDDs, 1NVME and 1SSD
Case: SilverStone PM01-RGB
CPU cooler: Dark Rock Pro 4 PWM

Planned comps changes:
CPU: i7 14700k

What is your advices? I would like to stay with the ram (maybe later upgrade to ddr5) and with the PSU if the connectors are okey.

RAM type also depends on motherboard so you can't just switch from DDR4 to DDR5 without changing MB too.
PSU depends mostly on GPU which is usually highest user of power.

Motherboards do not support both DDR4 and DDR5. If you want to keep your RAM, buy a DDR4 motherboard. DDR5 currently just costs more, but if you want to upgrade your new PC in the future you should invest in a DDR5 mobo and RAM.

Your Dark Rock is more than good enough for the 14700K. No need to buy new cooler.

14700K does not need liquid cooling.

Which country are you buying in? Let's say you can order from Germany:

*** requires BIOS update to run 14700K

You can find what you like among those boards. z790 are expensive but don't really offer much more than z690, the outgoing high end chipset.

Budget 760 motherboards are lacking in many features and niceties, but they're cheaper.

If you're comfortable flashing BIOS, the best choice is the z690 Extreme. You get to keep your old RAM as well.
Close second is the Aorus Elite X Wifi7. Pretty good board in general, plus fast WiFi 7.

If flashing BIOS, note that most motherboards require a compatible CPU to be installed before the BIOS can be upgraded. Some, like the z690 Extreme can be flashed with just a power supply.
Read carefully about BIOS upgrades before buying a motherboard that isn't compatible with the 14700K out-of-the-box.
