Question Pc upgrade to xeon

Hello guys I am currently using a dual core e7400 for playing mostly casual work , I was thinking to upgrade my pc for some casual gaming like fortnite and Cs go and steaming chess
I was thinking of using
Cpu:- xeon w3565 price is roughly (5$) 4 core 8 thread
Mobo:- 25$
Gpu:- GTX 960 (60$)
Ram:- 8gb (12$)

This roughly comes around 105$. Will this rig be good enough for entry level gaming, and some casual chess streaming.

If you have any other rig, in this range please suggest

You're not play Fortnite or CS:GO on that. It's gonna be tough to build a PC capable of playing those games at acceptable framerates for $100.

Aren't those old games cuz Cs go came in around 2012 and fortnite in 2017.

Btw can I trust gamedebate about the games, cuz it shows there I will be able to run both at medium to low

And would changing the Cpu upgrade option to x5650 help a bit?

I don't wanna stream games but play those games and stream chess, ie only a browser
