My PC has been having some odd issues...

My sound no matter what I'm listening to will cut out for a second every minute or so. It happens when I'm watching a video on Youtube, talking to my friends on Game Vox or playing a game on Steam. I'm using a headset plugged into my motherboard using 3.5mm jack. I have tried a USB headset and that didn't help. While playing Left 4 Dead 2 the sound will stop all together. I have to go into the audio options and switch from headset to speaker for it to come back. It will stop again a few minutes later and I go back into audio options and switch from speaker to headset again. I did delete Realtek audio because I was having issues with it. It gives a notification when anything is plugged in. It would keep giving me the notification and tell me something was just plugged in every 5 seconds.

My video has been doing a few things that could be unrelated from each other. While watching videos on Youtube and Twitch, it will randomly pauses itself. I haven't tried watching a downloaded video yet. Not sure if this would be considered a video issue but while playing a few games my screen will freeze in game. It happens a lot in Payday 2. The video will pause but I can still user my computer. I can hear my friends on Game Vox. To exit the game I need to hit restart which force closes the game and then I can stop the restart and go back into steam to open the game again.

I wouldn't think I would have these issues with my parts (linked below). I have checked all temps through each issue and they are all fine.

Any things I should be checking?

Check if your PC is dirty. Also the connectors for your headset. Sometimes there are weird issues. You can also check your video card in another pc if available. Is your Pc running fast? Can you give me some more information about your pc?

I just did a Windows 10 reset and kept my files. When on GameVox, I don't hear any skipping. Still hear it once in a while when playing Rocket League. I think there is something (app or program) doing this. I watched the same videos that were pausing and none of them paused.

I have a SSD for my OS and HDD for everything else. I'm thinking about replacing my HDD with another SSD. When I do that I want to wipe everything clean and start fresh like I just built the PC.

I reinstalled realtek drivers and opened up the realtek manager. It kept detecting something being plugged and unplugged from the front jacks. My guess is it is getting a false reading which cuts out the jacks in the back. If I disable front jack detection, will that disable those jacks? Or should I just unplug the pins on the motherboard so those jacks don't work at all?
