PC vs Console

Hello,

I have been looking at the Steam Machines for a while now and wish to purchase one. However, I have just realised that they are just Mini ITX towers with Steam OS inbuilt and the Steam logo on it. So now I find myself conflicted as to which one to get, so would like some help deciding. I have been looking at https://www.zotac.com and their range but with the lack of prices and many being barebone it confuses me.

So can someone link me to a completed mini PC to play Steam Games including an 8.1 OS or over. Just want it better than the PS4. Thank You.

~ £400 Max Price if you can. If less then even better.

~ I have seen evidence of gaming builds being cheaper than this but if need be then increase maximum price as conservatively as you can.

Well, the ps4 is actually very competitive at 400 dollars..

At that price point your looking at probably a gtx 750 ti for an all brand new build..
