[SOLVED] Pc will no longer turn on

So basically I turned on my computer it was working fine and all but then I plugged in headphones to the front panel. Once I did this all I heard was static so I unplugged them and my pc turned off. It won’t turn back on and idk what to do. I have fiddled with the front panel power and audio cables but nothing looks wrong.

Did you clear your bios yet and try updating it.

The pc won’t turn on at all so I can’t access the bios menu. A single green light on tho mobo turns on when the PSU switch is on but pressing the power button yields no results

This sounds like a possible short caused when you plugged in your headphones.

Did you check that you didnt knick the power switch cable out of it's slot. And clear the bios before trying to boot the system to

unplugged and re plugged all the front panel cables. I’m not too sure on how to clear the bios before booting though

Yes i know but you may not have noticed knocking the power switch cable loose it's really tiny. To clear the bios pull the watch type battery from the mobo, hold the power button for 30s x2 times "WELL PSU IS OFF"
