After a year of building my computer, I finally built my PC. And it runs. With out the GPU of course... So my computer turns on with the GPU plugged in but will not run. If I take the GPU out it will run/boot. So I need to know what I need to do in order for my PC to boot and run off the GPU. I'll list my specs be;ow because I believe I might have a compatibility issue..

Unfortunately sounds like you need to stay far away from Gigabyte. I had 1 bad experience with their products back in about 2002 and I refuse to go back. You'll probably have to spend more money and buy another GPU, I personally have had good luck with PNY and MSI GPUs. If in the future you need to buy a new motherboard, I've had really good luck with Asrock. Good luck.
GPU is dead, it is a common issue. Your power supply is preventing your PC from starting because your GPU could blow up. Happened to me in the past.

To see if it is really the case, remove your GPU and boot your PC by using the onboard video. If it works, you know what is the problem.

It is a Gigabyte card, so I would not be surprised if it was the problem.

edit: RMA your GPU and avoid Gigabyte and EVGA for your replacement.

Does your GPU require a 6/8 pin power connection and you possibly don't have it hooked up? If it does and you do have it hooked up, then probably dead GPU. If it doesn't require additional power and it doesn't boot, then probably dead GPU.

I ordered this GPU a year ago... What do I do. Gigabyte has really screwed me over. I've ordered 3 motherboards from them, cause they refused to RMA my motherboard... Sooo

Yeah I've had horrible experience with Gigabyte. They refused to RMA my 2 motherboards. As well I ordered this GPU a year ago... What do I do?
