Long time reader first time poster.

I am typing this via phone so I am sorry for any wrong doings.

I have a custom built PC and here are the specs

Gigabyte 990 fxa UD3
AMD 8350
Notcua NH-D15
Kingston hyper x genesis1600 x2 4gb
Asus R9 270x 2gb
OCZ 1000w PSU

Cannot remember the HDD right now (but I don't think that matters in this problem)

So my problem is yesterday the PC was working fine.. Installed two games played one for 20 minutes, went to bed.

Next morning I go to turn my PC on and monitor showing no signal also and the USB devices will not power on.. So i check cables and test again. Same problem.

I then open the case and see the CPU fans spinning but the GPU fans are spinning for a second and stopping, this is repeated until I power off the machine. I am also NOT receiving any kind of post beep

What I have tried:
Different ram stick rotations.
Removing just GPU.
Testing different GPU.
Removed HDD.
Removed everything except CPU.
Reset BIOS.

I am down to thinking its the motherboard but i would like a second thought on this before I go emptying my bank :)

You didn't make it clear enough.. I don't run to the local computer shop when I have a problem so it was not on my mind when you mentioned repairing it, sorry.
I'll just buy a new mobo since this is the only clear answer I can get. In need a new upgrade anyway.

Thanks.
