Two year old custom build: been working perfectly for 2 years and suddenly started to act up and reset on its own. Been resetting more and more frequently on its own but still working until today. It won’t boot at all.

On boot, boot light on the mobo is constant on, power to case and fans works fine. Absolutely nothing to monitor display. Tried removing ram and nothing. What are my options?

Been using the power button to power off lately so I suspect that may have corrupted something.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G

Can you make a Live Linux USB installer with Rufus and try to boot PC off the USB with Linux.

When the PC is just starting you have to find your "F" key that gets you to your boot menu. Most of the time it is between F-9 thru F-12. With the USB of Linux plugged in before you boot.

When booting machine mash that "F" key and when it gets to the boot menu choose to boot off the USB Linux. POP and Ubuntu are easy to work with for your Linux.

Anyways I'm trying to see if it's hardware or Windows keeping your PC from starting.

If your PC boots with the Linux that shows hardware is playing nice. If it won't boot off the Linux than we need to dig deeper on what is the hardware issue.

And don't worry the Linux won't remove your Windows install as long as you just boot off the USB drive it will just run in system memory.

Also how dusty is the computer. Have you checked the CPU and or the GPU's heatsinks are free from built up dust bunnies.:)
