Solution

ok well i'm always glad to try to help! hopefully...

I installed it on my Samsug 840 Evo SSD 120GB and it restarted and sat there for 40 minutes so i went ahead and turned it off and back on and when it comes on it does not put the display out its like my Monitor is not picking it up or somehting 🙁

you could try re-installing. if you have another computer try a different windows 8.1 iso and burn it to a USB or something. make sure when you re-install that you format your WHOLE drive.

do anyfans spin? can you open BIOS? if you can open bios then we know your GPU is not broken (hopefully)

source: experience (believe it or not, this has happened to me many times)

I fixed it, for some reason my PC would not detect my HDMI monitor so i had to use a crappy old Dell monitor connectig it by VGA so i could get through the bios and set it to hdmi

Good! I dont understand why your monitor was not working. But i'm glad you resolved it!

what monitor were you trying to use? what graphics card do you have?

Well i was using an Asus 23.8 inch IPS 1080p monitor via HDMI. I think maybe the motherboard needed its drivers updated to use HDMI because after i updated it, it worked fine with HDMI. My GPU is an MSI R9-280 that i do not have at the moment as it is not here yet sadly so i am stuck using the mega crappy HD4600 graphics 🙁 lol
