I have been having an issue with new built system getting it to automatically enter sleep or hibernate mode, it will go when manually put to sleep but not at 30min (current setting) of inactivity. I initially had a problem with the RGB staying on as PC is in the bedroom, so s4+s5 was enabled in bios and the RGB would shut off when manually put in sleep mode, but I still cannot get the system to go to sleep manually. When I have run the powercfg - requests i get the following:

PS C:\Windows\system32> powercfg -requests
DISPLAY:
None.

SYSTEM:
[DRIVER] ASUS Utility (ROOT\MEDIA\0000)
An audio stream is currently in use.
[DRIVER] USB Audio Device (USB\VID_046D&PID_085C&MI_02\9&1b43a63a&0&0002)
An audio stream is currently in use.
[DRIVER] Legacy Kernel Caller

AWAYMODE:
None.

EXECUTION:
None.

PERFBOOST:
[DRIVER] Legacy Kernel Caller
Power Manager

ACTIVELOCKSCREEN:
None.

PS C:\Windows\system32>

I am not sure how to disable any of this or what it is exactly since apparently this is what might be keeping my pc from going to sleep, based on what information I can find so far. Anyone have any insight on what I might be able to do to take care of this?

Current setup:
Ryzen 3900x w/ using wraith cooler
32gb 3600 g. skill trident ram DOCP enabled
Radon 8490 GPU
Asus ROG B550-e, using the bios update from 8/18
1tb WD Black sn750
850w Corsair PSU
OS Windows 10 PRO updated to 190041.450

system is hooked up to monitors and peripherals through KVM

Solution
My r9 3900x won't sleep if I manually overclock it.

I'm using a Ryzen balance power plan. I haven't experimented much with the advanced settings. The performance plan didn't seem to let me do anything with sleep or screen off - which shouldn't be required with a Performance Plan I suppose.

So most of the time I use PBO+200Mhz and XMP. The PC screen goes off as I set. The PC is quiet anyway, so I don't know if it actually goes to sleep but I have to log back into Windows to get it going again, so I guess it does.

So that's my 2 cents worth. I haven't worried about it too much as it seems to be "sleeping" enough for me.
