Question PC will not post automatically ?

In advance, I would like to apologize for my poor English.

I have a problem with my new build.

Specs:

ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z690 HERO (Without the famous factory error)

Intel Core i9 12900K 3.2GHz

NZXT Kraken Z63

Seagate FireCuda 530 1TB

G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB Black DDR5 6000MHz 2x16GB

ASUS GeForce RTX 3070 ROG Strix Gaming OC

ASUS ROG Strix Gold 850W

When I turn on the PC it reports error. The white and green lights are on and it is reporting error code D6 and the screen does not turn on.
It just has to be said that the error only comes with the use of DP cable. With my HDMI cable, everything works as it should.
If, on the other hand, I turn on the screen myself 3-4 seconds after I have turned on the PC, everything starts as normal without errors and lights. What could be wrong?

I have updated the BIOS.

D6 code means video output error on some motherboards.

Does it happen when your monitor is in Standby mode (not switched off)?
