Pc will not post. However pc turns on and spins fans. Please help!

My pc will turn on and spin the fans like normally and All rgb's will light up as per usual. However, all i get is a black screen, or sometimes a no input screen from my monitor. It does not post, or boot to windows. I do need to mention it worked before, but after doing some windows updates and a restart, it has been like this.

Specs:
R3 1200
2 x 4gb sticks ddr4
Asrock a320m-dgs mobo
Evga 500w psu
250gb kingston hyperx ssd
1tb wd black hdd
Stock cooler

What video card? and what 500w EVGA PSU? there are several...
