Question PC Will not start at all after buying new 2070 and new 750w PSU. Please Help!

This will be long, but everything is relevant to the problem at hand. Used to have a gtx 960 when my PC would start randomly rebooting. Figured out my GPU was overheating because the pump in my AIO was failing. Decided to instead just replace the entire card with a 2070. I get the 2070 installed and within 5 minutes of a CSGO match it reboots and then it rebooted again on the lock screen. After that, any time I press the power button, nothing happens. So, I thought my PSU was dead so I bought a coolermaster MWE 750W. After installing that last night, there has been no change and the PC will still not make a sound.

Well the MWE 750 isn't great either.

What temperature do your CPU and Gpu run at?
I would reset any overclocks and perform a system stability test in aida 64.

Not sure about either temps. The 960 would run to 81-82 degrees celsius and then shut off. I can’t get my computer to turn on, so I cannot perform a system stability test.

Clear CMOS?
Try old psu?

I’ve cleared the CMOS still nothing. Not home at the moment but I will try using old PSU again to see if there’s any change.
