Specs:
Mobo: Gigabyte A520M S2H
CPU: Ryzen 5600 (just upgraded from 2600)
GPU: RX 7600
RAM: 2 x 8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3200Mhz

I had already updated to most recent BIOS few weeks prior.
I acutally bought a Ryzen 5600 a month ago and I had the same issue. After a bunch of reading through forms and trying all the suggestions I could find. I decided it was possibly faulty memory controller in the CPU so I returned it and got my money back.

I decided to buy a new one again as they were on sale. Came today, brand new sealed.
Same Issue again.

Prior to upgrading the CPU, everything worked fine with my Ryzen 2600.

I reset the BIOS settings.
Installed the new Ryzen 5600
Booted but no POST.
Removed 1 RAM stick and it will POST.
Enabled XMP and tried with 2 sticks. Didnt work.
Tried Swaping slots. Both sticks will work in either slot (Motherboard only has 2 slots) but just not together.
I've reset CMOS.

I just ordered two new RAM sticks. Crucial Pro DDR4 RAM 32GB Kit (2x16GB) 3200MHz to see if maybe the RAM somehow became faulty, but like I said, both sticks worked. Both slots on the motherboard worked. Just would not work together.

I refuse to believe it could possibly be a fault with the memory controller in two seperate CPU's? Unless this is a common issue that is not reported too much with the Ryzen 5 5600?

This motherboard?

Some motherboards require that the first physically installed RAM be placed in a specific slot. Typically DIMMA2.

That does not appear to apply to your motherboard.

However, take a closer look at the installed RAMs and current configuration settings per Section 2-4 of the User Guide (Numbered page 9 & 10.

And you should vist the link shown at the bottom of Page 9 for any RAM related updates or changes.

Also noted that you "reset" CMOS. Ensure that that reset was done per the procedure presented in Paragraph 17 on Page 19.
