A little background:
I installed a new heatsink on my processor today, and I had to install a plate on the back of the motherboard (the old heatsink didn't require it). Being a fool, I took everything apart installed the backplate, put it back together again and installed the heatsink. I then realised if I'd opened the other panel I would have had access to the back of the motherboard without taking everything apart.
Anyway, something must have gone wrong somewhere.

I have 3 drives in my computer, they all worked fine until that ^.

Now the PC will only recognise 2 drives at a time, the cables all work, the drives all work. For example, I have drives C, D, and E all connected, only C and D show up. If I disconnect D then E will show up.

I have an MSI Z68 motherboard, I'm assuming I need to do something to the BIOS but I've no idea what.

Anyone got any ideas/solutions?
