Pc windows open slow!!!

Hello to everyone,i have a strange issue in my pc ,windows open slow and sometime no responding.....
my rig specs are:
Os:Windows 32bit ultimate
Mobo:Asus g41-mlx
Ram:3GB
cpu:core 2 duo 7500e
psu:corsair vs 450watt
gpu:gigbayte 9600gt 512gb
Hard disk:Wd 7500aavs

Browser windows go slow....try everything format new installation,scann for antivirus,memtest ,checkdisk all clean,can be hard disk problem?,plz help!!!Any advice wiill be appreciated

Check to see if hard drive is in PIO or DMA mode:

DMA should be checked enabled

i forgot to mantion hard disk is sata ,is not checked by deafult?

Yes, this is all for sata drives. This is issue is for SATA controllers only.
