[SOLVED] Pc with oc (gpu and cpu) gives good fps when I reopen my pc but then it lags after a while in game

So what would happen is my fps would go from 70-80 to 40 after a while and then it sticks like that until (even if I swap game) I restart my pc and I’m monitoring my temps and such and from what I’ve seen nothing’s overheating so I’m pretty confused to why this is happening.

Any helps appreciated

Specs: Gtx 1080ti ASUS strix I7 8700k 16gb ram

Are you monitoring your temps AND MHz speed? Try to capture the time when the FPS drops in logs from HWiNFO64 and GPU-Z. I bet you'll see downclocking on your CPU and/or GPU.
