Question pc won’t boot after clicking restart

pc won’t boot after clicking restart will go to restarting page and just shuts down running Win 10. Checked all front panel connectors, and also tried hard resetting the pc , hard resetting the bios also still won’t restart. Using Ryzen 7 3700x,2060 super, aorus X570 elite and 850w psu(gold). What should I do to fix this?

No, when i was trying to install windows whenever it had to restart it was shutting down and I manually had to boot it but everything installed on its's own without any issue.
